Wok-fried Pacific grenadier with vegetables
Recipe:
Cut the fish into small pieces (about 3x3 cm); cut vegetables into large pieces (about the same as fish pieces); cut garlic into slices.
Dry the pieces of fish with a paper towel, salt and pepper the fish, sprinkle with lemon juice, bread in corn starch, and fry in a large amount of vegetable oil in a wok (round deep frying pan) or simply fry in a deep frying pan over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Then put the fish on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Fry vegetables in the same pan in vegetable oil with oyster sauce for 3-5 minutes, add the fried fish there, fry all together again for 1-2 minutes.
