Pureed soup with Giant grenadier

  • 300 g Giant grenadier fillet without skin
  • 100 g broccoli frozen or fresh
  • 100 g milk
  • 50 g fat cream (not less than 20%)
  • 100 g fresh onion
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 clove of fresh garlic
  • solt, ground black pepper
  • cream, greens (optional)

Pureed soup with Giant grenadier

Recipe:

Cut the onion into cubes, fry in a pot (preferably heavy bottom pot) with butter, add broccoli and fry it all together stirring for 5 minutes.

Add pieces of grenadier fillet, fry a little (about 2-3 minutes), add milk, boil for 5 minutes, and then add cream, garlic, salt, pepper.

Boil a little, mix the whole mass with a blender, and boil a little more.

Pour into a plate, decorate with drops of cream and chopped greens if desired.
