Pacific grenadier cutlets
Recipe:
Take ready-made minced meat or cook it yourself by passing the fish fillet without skin through a meat grinder.
Add breadcrumbs, oyster sauce, small chopped dill, salt and pepper to the minced meat.
Knead thoroughly.
Form cutlets with your hands, bread in flour and fry in a pan (on medium heat) in vegetable oil on both sides.
