Grenadier baked with mushrooms in mayonnaise

Recipe:
Scale and gut the fish, cut in slices and boil in salted water with onion, spices and green. Peel the skin off, remove the bones and cut into pieces. Stack fish pieces in a baking pan, add salt and pepper. Over the fish put some sliced onion, fried champignons, pour over with mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in hot oven for 20-25 minutes.
